Plain-language terms
The signed placement agreement governs each engagement — but here's the short version, upfront.
You owe nothing unless a candidate I introduce signs your offer. No retainers, no deposits.
Invoice sent on the candidate's start date, due in 15 days.
If the hire leaves or doesn't work out within 90 days, I re-run the search at no charge.
Run your internal team or other recruiters alongside me. I'll still win on speed and quality.
I'm only paid for candidates I introduce who you weren't already engaged with — ownership runs 6 months from introduction.
